Born to a Spanish father and with an impecable art for food, Our co-owner and Executive Chef, Fernando Alonso, grew up around traditional spanish food and cooking became his passion at a very early age. Having developed various recipes that were passed on from his father, Fernando decided to traveled to Valencia to perfect his art and specialize in Paellas. For him each dish is a masterpiece, prepared with love and using time-honored recipes that capture the essence of Spanish cuisine. Paellas Madrileñas main goal is to bring the heart of Spain to the Central Florida region.
